Well friends,

SUMMER MIXTAPE SESSIONS (SMS) is finally upon us this week!!  This is a collaborative series with local Toronto promoters and performers, featuring inernational artists that stay true to the underground.  And where better to host this than at Wrongbar!  We kick it off this Friday June 22nd, in a partnership with boundbysound and The Deep North, featuring none other than Chicago’s own Kate Simko. 

In the past year, Kate has released a superb collection of tracks on various labels, including the highly acclaimed Leftroom Records, owned and run by Matt Tolfrey.  Most notably is her latest EP on Leftroom just this past May, which has now reached #4 on the beatport deep house chart!!  Listen below for a preview of this gem…
