houseaddict and boundbysound are proud to present the fourth installment of our SUMMER MIXTAPE SESSIONS (SMS) at Wrongbar.  For this instalment, we’re bringing deep house and nu-disco stalwart, Tornado Wallace, form the land down under.

Hailing from Melbourne Australia, Tornado Wallace (aka Lewie Day), broke into the next level of house music productions back in 2010.  Those with an eye for the point where disco meets house will have several tracks and remixes they can now say – hey, that’s a Tornado Wallace track!!  With releases on Murmur and 8Bit, we here at houseaddict can honestly say that our recollection of the first quintessential track was on Jimpster’s label, Delusions of Grandeur:

Since then the man has just destroyed dancefloors with amazing hits such as Twirling & Insect Overlords, of course, also on the DOG label.  2012 brings Tornado Wallace over to North America for his debut tour, and with only one Canadian date, in Toronto.  To accompany this tour, Tornado has put together an amazing mix for us to grab onto.  Get ready though, this one is not for the faint of heart  ; )
